We take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel, DTF transfers, and personalized products.

Please review our policy before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Orders:

  1. Because our products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check all spelling, design details, sizes, colors, and shipping information before submitting your order.

  2. DTF Transfers

  3. Due to the nature of DTF transfers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on printed transfers. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper equipment and knowledge to apply transfers correctly.

  4. We are not responsible for application errors, improper heat press settings, or damage caused during the application process.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  6. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include: Your order number A description of the issue Clear photos of the product and packaging Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Shipping Issues

AWMyDesigns is not responsible for:

  1. Delays caused by shipping carriers Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

  2. Order Cancellations

  3. Orders may only be canceled before production begins waiting 24 hours, once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
